Infusion empowers the client with all the details of the hosting account, the html code of the webpages, the pictures as well as the necessary login and password details to access the data within the database. Apart from all this a client might want to add the functionality of having the Content Management System to his site.
All of the above empowers the client with the ability to fully maintain the website from the day of the launch. So if the client has the necessary expertise to maintain a similar structure then there is no need to address the support agreement.
However should the client still want to be supported by us there are different levels which need to be addressed, each level having a different cost.
Internal Technical Support - will address all the technical issues and faults related to the actual design of the site as well as the hosting account. This package addresses all those sites which are hosted on our servers.
General Technical Support - will address all the technical issues and faults related to the actual design of the site as well as the hosting account. This package addresses all those sites which are NOT hosted on our servers.
Amendments - any change request which is done after the sign off of the final version will be charged accordingly. |
